Some repairs are the responsibility of the TMO whilst others remain the responsibility of Southwark Council.

Selecting the correct reporting route is important to ensure that you receive the quickest resolution.

To Report a TMO Repair

TMO Repairs can be reported:

In person at the TMO Office or by phone
Mon-Thurs 10am-4pm

By Email 24hrs (emails only read during office hours)

Southwark Repairs

Southwork Council is responsible for the following repairs which should be reported directly to the Southwark Repairs Call Centre and not the TMO

All heating and hot water repairs
Emergency Lift Repairs (e.g. person trapped)
Out of hours emergency repairs
