Community Room letting

We understand that some residents and organisations may wish to make use of our community room. This welcoming space is designed to bring people together—whether for meetings, events, or activities that contribute to the vibrancy of our estate.


To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly ask for at least one week’s notice when booking the community room.

What’s Included in the Hire Costs:
✔ Use of the community room, toilet, and kitchen
✔ Access to tables and chairs

✔Access to the WIFI and use to the multimedia in the rooms


What’s Not Included:
✖ Use of the estate garden space
✖ Food and drinks in the kitchen
✖ Staffing assistance during your event
✖ Cleaning and tidying up after use, please ensure the space is left as you found it


How to Book the Community Room

Securing your spot is simple! Just follow these steps:


 1-Check Availability: Contact the TMO to confirm the room is available on your preferred date and time.


2-Complete the Booking Form: If the room is available, (fill out the Community Room Booking Form and submit it via post or email to the TMO)

 3-Receive Your Invoice: Once we receive your form, we’ll send an invoice for payment.

 4-Make Payment: Ensure payment plus deposit is made at least three days prior to your booking. (Please note: No payment means no confirmed booking. Your deposit will be returned once the keys are returned and the room is left in the condition it was let.)


 5-Collect your Key: Monday to Thursday between 11:00am and 4:00pm  

 6-Enjoy the Space! Once everything is set, make the most of the community room. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
