The TMO started the assessment process in 2010, and the Right to Manage notice was served in June 2011. Styles House is the first TMO to pass the stage 3 assessment first time. The resident ballot had a 62% turnout, with 92% of tenants and 100% of leaseholders who voted voting in favour of the TMO.

Our tenant management organisation went live on the 06 January 2014. Getting Together to grown our own food
The Community Allotment was set up in 2009 by a group of Residents who wanted to grow their own organic food. Since then we have built raised beds, put up a greenhouse and learnt a lot about growing organic vegetables. Everyone is responsible for their own raised bed, we still have some spare in our Allotment, where you can grow your own vegetables. If you are interested please contact Philippe (email) for more details.
